A Balanced You for a Better Life


Hi, I'm Toni Snyder, Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, and I want to teach you some new dirty words!

There are some dirty words in the English language that I truly dislike ... SHOULD and HAVE TO.

Why do I cringe when I hear them?  Because they make us chase and expect the impossible ~ PERFECTION (another dirty word!).

Those words sneak into our conversations and lives in ways that push us to believe we should and have to ...
  • Follow a perfect diet to lose weight because we should look like what we did in high school.
  • Kill ourselves to do exercises we hate because a fitness guru said we have to do it their way.
  • Put everyone else’s “emergencies” and “urgencies” before our own self-care because we should make them happy first.
  • Obey what “they” say we have to do to be fulfilled, skinny, successful, in shape, a perfect spouse, parent, friend, sibling, etc. 

I don't believe in "Impossible Perfection." 

  • I believe life is about harmony and balance, not perfection.
  • I believe "the part can never be well unless the whole is well."
  • I believe you can be free to make wise decisions about your own health and wellbeing.
  • I believe you can courageously live a life true to yourself, not the life others expect of you.

Letting go of those three dirty words doesn’t mean tossing all your responsibilities and people you care for out the window and screaming naked down the street. (But, if that's your thing, you sound like fun!)

The real truth is ...

Letting go means doing things that make YOU happy for a change and experiencing the joy of health and lifestyle balance.


Imagine the freedom of taking "perfect, should, and have to" out of your vocabulary, and transforming your life into one that’s happier, calmer, healthier and better balanced. 

And everyone and everything else was happier, calmer, healthier and better balanced because of YOU.
